Exchange & No Return Policy

At Perks, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and quality-checked to meet our highest standards. To maintain transparency, fairness, and the exclusivity of our creations, we request that you carefully review the following policy before placing your order.

By completing a purchase with Perks, you agree to the terms outlined below.


⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS (IMPORTANT)

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Any product purchased during a sale, promotion, discount, or special offer

  • Slippers

  • Sandals

  • Promotional or discounted products

  • Complimentary or free items

  • Gift cards

Customers are strongly advised to review product details and the size guide carefully before placing an order.


EXCHANGE WINDOW

We offer a 48-hour exchange window, meaning requests must be raised and acknowledged by Perks within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances

  • Refunds are not offered once an order has been placed and delivered

  • Only eligible size exchanges may be accommodated as per this policy


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be received by us in factory mint condition, defined as:

  • Completely unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • No signs of wear, including:

    • Scuff marks

    • Creases

    • Sole marks

    • Odour

    • Stains or surface damage

Products must be returned with:

  • Original packaging

  • Tags intact

  • Dust bags and accessories (if applicable)

  • Complimentary items (if any)

Belts and accessories must not be cut, resized, punched, or altered in any manner.

Any item failing to meet these standards will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Perks’ quality assessment shall remain final and binding.


HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange request:

  • Navigate to the Main Menu

  • Select the Drawer option

  • Click on “Exchange”

  • Complete and submit the form with accurate details

Once submitted, a Perks executive will contact you within 1 business day.

⚠️ Products sent back without an approved exchange request will not be accepted.


EXCHANGE SHIPPING

If your exchange request is approved:

  • Exchange shipping instructions will be shared

  • Products must be shipped strictly as instructed

  • Unauthorized or policy-violating shipments will be rejected


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchanged items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable

  • If a different product is desired after exchange, a new order must be placed separately

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo and/or video proof.

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.


EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL ITEMS

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Special orders

  • Personal care or hygiene-related goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

COLOUR VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Actual product colours may vary due to:

  • Screen calibration and display differences

  • Lighting conditions during photography

  • Natural leather finishing variations

Minor colour or texture variations are a hallmark of authentic handcrafted leather and shall not be considered defects.


QUALITY CHECK PROCESS

All exchanged products undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt.

Products failing to meet factory mint condition standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Perks reserves the right to decline requests involving excessive, suspicious, or abusive behaviour.


RIGHTS RESERVED & JURISDICTION

Perks reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
