International Orders

  1. Reliable Delivery in 1–2.5 Weeks:
    For international customers, we deliver within 1 to 2.5 weeks. Each pair is handcrafted with care, ensuring quality and uniqueness in every step.

  2. Return/Exchange Period:
    You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

  3. Product Condition:
    Returned products must be unused, in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  4. Shipping Fee and Duties:

    • International shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.

  5. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

  6. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your item arrives damaged or has defects, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will assist you immediately.

  7. Exchange Rules:
    Only one exchange is allowed per international order. Exchanged items are not eligible for return or refund.

  8. Non-Returnable Items:
    Slippers, sandals, promotional products, and complimentary items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  9. Inspection & Refund Timeline:
    Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct a quality check. Once approved, the refund will be processed:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

    • COD not available for international orders.

  10. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds are processed within 10 working days after inspection and receipt of necessary information.

    Domestic Orders (India)

      All our shoes are made-to-order, combining precision craftsmanship with premium materials. You can expect delivery within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

    2. Exchange/Return Window:
      You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return or exchange.

    3. Product Condition:
      Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

    4. Shipping Fee Refunds:
      Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    5. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

    6. Product Defects:
      If your item has any defects, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

    7. Quality Check:
