DELIVERY TIMELINE
All orders are made-to-order and typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production schedules and courier operations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Requests for return or exchange must be raised and acknowledged by Perks within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in factory mint condition, defined as follows:

Surface damage of any kind

Belts and accessories must not be cut, resized, punched, or altered in any manner.
Any item received that does not meet factory mint condition standards will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customerβs expense.
Perksβ quality inspection decision shall be final and binding.
EXCHANGE POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo and/or video proof.
Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
QUALITY CHECK PROCESS
All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon receipt. Products that fail to meet factory mint condition requirements will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
Perks reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
