No Return Policy

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges may be accommodated within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability.

• Only one-time exchange is permitted per order.

• Exchanged products are not eligible for further exchange or refund.

• Products must be returned in factory mint condition:

  • Unused and unworn

  • No creasing, scuffing, sole marks, odour, or surface damage

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories intact

Any item failing our quality inspection standards will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products
